My Approach

I believe in balance.

My approach to therapy blends holistic support with clinically grounded, evidence-based treatment methods. I am passionate about therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, and often integrate neuroscience and psychoeducation to the extent that it may benefit my clients. In addition to these tools, I draw from my extensive training in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology, often incorporating mindfulness and somatic interventions to help you cultivate mind-body awareness. My goal is to help you develop self-compassion and acceptance alongside progress towards your goals.

With a decade of clinical experience, I draw on my diverse background in human development, group dynamics, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, systems theory, and clinical assessment. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and socially conscious lens, tailoring our work together to your individual needs and circumstances. I use the development of our relationship as a barometer to ensure that the process feels collaborative, supportive, informative, and aligned with your goals.

I offer online Telehealth therapy to individual adults and couples in the state of Colorado.

Therapy Modalities

I work with individuals and couples in the state of Colorado around a wide range of issues, but here are some that I'm specialized in and extra passionate about:

DBT

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) helps you navigate the balance between wanting to change and accepting yourself as you are. By embracing both acceptance and the drive for growth, you can build emotional resilience and healthier relationships.

Existential Therapy

Existential Therapy helps you explore life's big questions and find meaning in the face of uncertainty. By confronting challenges like anxiety, isolation, and the search for purpose, it empowers you to live authentically and embrace your freedom to shape your own path.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy helps you reframe the stories you tell about yourself, creating space for new possibilities. It empowers you to break free from limiting beliefs and take control of your own narrative.

Contemplative Psychotherapy

Contemplative Psychotherapy helps you cultivate deeper self-awareness and emotional clarity through mindfulness and reflective practices. By exploring your inner experience with compassion and curiosity, it supports healing and personal growth from a place of presence and insight.

My Background

I have been providing clinical services to children, teens, adults, groups, couples, and families since 2015. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and am passionate about helping those impacted by ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD, and other forms of Neurodivergence. As a former child and family social worker, I am also very devoted to and experienced in working with people who have struggled with childhood abuse and neglect, relationship abuse, complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

Outside of therapy sessions, I split my time between the classic Colorado outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, biking, etc.) and my more artistic hobbies like painting, playing music, and curating Spotify playlists!
